What does the FlipSoc longevity guarantee actually mean for you?
When you shop online, you already enjoy a number of statutory rights – and we would like to explain to you transparently here how our guarantee promise is made up:
1. 14 days right of withdrawal
After purchase, you have the legal right to return your FlipSoc within 14 days without giving a reason. This gives you the opportunity to test your product at your leisure.
2. 2-year statutory warranty
A statutory warranty of 24 months applies from the day of delivery. Should a material or processing defect occur during this period, we will of course be liable for it.
3. +3 years FlipSoc warranty on top
Because we are convinced of the quality of our product, we give you an additional 3-year guarantee – this is our personal longevity guarantee. This means you are on the safe side for a total of 5 years.
Important to know: As part of this guarantee, you will receive a one-off replacement free of charge if your FlipSoc is damaged despite normal use. We think that’s fair: That’s fair – and a strong sign of our quality promise.

Once you have registered, you no longer need to keep your proof of purchase. We store your information securely and can track your claim at any time – even if the receipt is lost.
